VehicleGlaze® Glass Claims - Aviva

VehicleGlaze® is able to bill Aviva directly, providing you with a seamless, hassle free service, whether you require glass repair or replacement, we have you covered! We will need your Aviva policy number and vehicle registration number, you will then be asked a series of questions regarding your repair/replacement, this is to help us determine exactly what work will need to be completed. 

Aviva will pay for the replacement or repair of the glass on your vehicle’s windscreen, sunroof or windows. Any damage to the bodywork of your vehicle including scratches arising solely from the breakage of glass will have to be repaired at a body shop and can not be completed by VehicleGlaze®. The most Aviva will pay will be the market value of your vehicle at the time of the loss. We may use suitable parts not supplied by the original manufacturer.

The excess amount which must be paid for any replacement or repair, is shown in your schedule.

A claim solely under this section will not affect your no claim discount.
